We all hold a law degree and have extensive experience within law firms and the corporate world. Thanks to our broad (legal) network and our in-depth knowledge of the legal labor and candidate market, we quickly and carefully find the right candidates for our clients.
Since our founding in 2012 (almost 15 years ago!), we have made many successful placements. With the same dedication and great enthusiasm, we continue to work on sustainably connecting organizations and legal professionals.

Inèz den Nijs started her career as a Lawyer (labor law) at Van Till Advocaten in Amsterdam. In addition to her legal work, she was active as a board member of the Amsterdam Young Bar association, both within the national and international legal community.
After a career switch, she joined Legal Work Force, where she built a broad network of clients and candidates in the legal world. She moved to Ebbinge & Company, focusing on mediating experienced professionals within private equity, the financial sector and banking. Afterwards, she returned to the legal sector as an entrepreneur at HDDN Legal Search.
Inèz acts as a sparring partner and coach for candidates and advises clients on recruitment and selection processes, labor market communication and employer branding.

Since completing his studies in Dutch law, Michiel Donner has been active in the legal world. Michiel started as a legal consultant, but he gained most of his experience in legal recruitment as a recruiter and executive search specialist.
Michiel worked for years as a recruiter at recruitment agency Legal Work Force. He gained a lot of knowledge and experience as an executive search specialist for Legal People, searching for candidates for every type of legal position, from junior in-house Counsels to Partners level across a wide range of legal fields.
Thanks to his network and knowledge of the legal market, Michiel is without a doubt the go-to executive search specialist for legal roles in the Netherlands. Within HDDN Legal Search, Michiel acts as the first point of contact for Lawyers and Tax specialists and ensures that HDDN Legal Search's database is always up-to-date.

After earning her master's degree in Dutch law, Christine de Klein-Hagens worked as a corporate lawyer for several organizations, but she found her true calling in recruitment. She has worked for multiple specialized agencies, including Legal People and Voxius, both in Amsterdam.
Over the past 14 years, she has built a vast network of candidates and clients in the legal field - both in the corporate world and at consulting firms, law firms and notaries.
Christine has experience on both the agency side and as a corporate recruiter, giving her valuable insight into both sides of the recruitment process. With her keen eye for what motivates people, she is always looking for the perfect match between candidate and client.
