This gas can be used to produce high-value chemicals, green fuels, and\/or electricity. This technology stands to spark a global transformation by closing the loop on the plastic recycling, reducing humanity&rsquo;s carbon footprint, while diverting waste from landfills and incineration.<\/p> <p>To strengthen the team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Head of Legal and Company Secretary who is willing to take ownership and who sees and seizes opportunities.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Functie<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p>You will provide legal support to management in the development of company&rsquo;s customer base, order book, partnerships, intellectual property, and organization. You will be in contact with international colleagues on a day-to-day basis, liaise with external advisors, clients and partners and work in a dynamic environment. You have a broad scope of work with various jurisdictions and translate business needs into (practical) legal solutions. You will report directly to the CFO.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Functie-eisen<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Dutch law.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Around 7-10 years of relevant working experience.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Experience with commercial contracting and corporate law, preferably in an international context.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of intellectual property law and\/or technology licensing is a plus.&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Flexible personality. Be able to work in a team, but also independent with minimal supervision. You know how to prioritize in an international and dynamic environment.<\/li> <li>Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills and strong business sense.<\/li> <li>Willing to take ownership and do whatever needs to be done in an enthusiastic and proactive manner, and a strong work ethic with a high degree of accountability and organization.<\/li> <li>Knowledge of English (and Dutch) on a professional level.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_offer\">Aanbod<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_offer\"><ul> <li>Stand-alone position with broad responsibilities.
